ORIENTA SPA SOCIETA' BENEFIT seleziona per prestigioso cliente del settore chimico:
Main responsibilities
Develop and implement processes and programs to support talent management initiatives, including but not limited to on-boarding, performance management, talent review and succession management, employee experience surveys.
Support the performance appraisal process, feedback culture initiatives and ways of working projects within the business.
Conduct needs analyses to identify desired employee knowledge and skills; design and deliver annual training plan, including content, timing, training documents, participants and cost.
Proactively source (by using databases and social media), review resumes and interview candidates; provide an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining open communication with potential candidates.
Participate in hiring events and university recruitment initiatives to build talent pipeline.
Coordinate and support the development of employee engagement initiatives and strategies.
Support internal communication activities, liaising with Marketing.
Ability to proactively work independently within team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication and follow-up skills
Strong attention to detail when completing work.
A minimum of 3 years' work experience in HR function.
Good English is required.
Relevant degree such as Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Management, Psychology, Communication.
